Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information
FullWallet (the “App”) handles and how it is used. FullWallet is a personal finance
app that runs on your device. There is no account to create, and your financial
records are stored on your phone rather than on our servers.
Information Stored on Your Device
The following is saved locally on your phone and is not uploaded to us:
Your transactions — income, expenses and savings, including their names, amounts, dates and categories.
Your fixed costs and your budgets.
Categories you create, including any you rename.
App settings such as theme, language and selected currency.
Results of any AI spending analyses you have run.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or payment details.
Information That Leaves Your Device
FullWallet contacts outside services only in the specific situations below.
AI Money Coach. When you choose to run an analysis, FullWallet sends
only aggregate figures for the month in question: your totals for income, fixed
costs, expenses, savings and what remains, plus the total spent in each category for
that month and the one before it, along with your currency and the month. Individual
transactions — their names, dates and amounts — are never sent. These figures are
passed through our server to OpenAI, which generates the summary. They are not used
to identify you and are not sold or shared with anyone else.
Anonymous sign-in. To make sure only the App can use our AI service,
FullWallet signs your device in anonymously using Firebase Authentication. This
produces an anonymous identifier. It is not linked to your name, email or any account,
and it is not used to track you.
Currency exchange rates. If you record a transaction in a currency
other than your default, the App requests current exchange rates from a public rates
service. Only the currency code is sent — never the amount or any other detail of the
transaction.
Voice entry. If you add a transaction by speaking, your device’s own
speech recognition converts what you say into text. This is handled by Apple or Google
as part of your operating system and is subject to their privacy policies; on some
devices, audio may be processed on their servers. FullWallet does not record, store or
transmit audio itself — it receives only the resulting text and uses it to fill in the
transaction, and it only listens while you are on the voice entry screen.
Purchases and subscriptions. These are processed by Apple or Google
and are subject to their respective privacy policies. FullWallet does not have access
to your payment details. The App stores only whether a subscription is currently active.
What We Do Not Do
We do not use analytics or crash-reporting services.
We do not show advertising and we do not track you across apps or websites.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
We do not require an account, and we have no server that holds your financial records.
Permissions
Microphone and speech recognition — asked for only when you use voice
entry, and used only for that.
Notifications — used to alert you when a budget is close to its limit
or has been passed. These notifications are created on your device; nothing is sent to
us, and we do not use push notifications.
You can refuse or later withdraw either permission in your device settings. The rest of
the App continues to work without them.
Exporting and Importing Your Data
FullWallet can export your transactions, fixed costs and budgets to a CSV file, and
import one back. This happens entirely on your device and only when you ask for it. Where
an exported file ends up — for example a cloud drive or an email — is your choice, and it
is then covered by that service’s privacy policy rather than ours.
Your Choices and Data Control
You can delete any individual transaction, fixed cost or budget at any time.
Settings → Your data → Delete all data removes every transaction, fixed cost, budget
and category you have created from your device.
You can export a copy of your data before deleting anything.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s account settings.
Deleting the App removes all data stored locally on your device. Because that data is
only held on your device, deleting the App deletes it.

Children’s Privacy
FullWallet is a general-audience app and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly
collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or in
legal requirements. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of
the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
